Accommodation & Tariffs
The self-catering unit is a special place of relaxation. This 68m² unit is part of my home and barely 200m from the beach.
Our luxurious self-catering unit has a bedroom with a king size bed and built in cupboards. In addition, there are 2 sleeper couches that are big enough, (117cm per couch) to accommodate 2 extra guests each. Should you wish to accommodate more than 1 person per couch, you are welcome to do so. Just a reminder that there is one bathroom en suite, and privacy will be affected.
The kitchen is fully equipped and all cleaning materials are supplied. Enjoy spacious dining and seating facilities. The bedroom has built in cupboards and an en-suite shower/bath combination. Bath towels are available. Just a reminder to always save water.
Other facilities includes a roof fan in the room, large under-roof patio with braai and canvas protection against the weather as well as selected DSTV, DVD, Radio and CD. Parking is available right at your front door.
Bring your own braai wood. LED lights for loadshedding available.
Rates for 2023
- R500 per person, per night sharing (maximum of 4 adult persons for good comfort)
- R600 single per night
- R250 per person, per night for children between 4-12 years. Children under 3 stay free.

Bookings & Cancellations
- We offer special tariffs for singles and stays longer than 5 days. These tariffs are subject to change and will be confirmed.
- NB: A once off cleaning fee of R350 is payable with each booking.
- A 50% deposit is payable to confirm your booking.

NB: CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTURE
- Deposit: 50% of full stay, 48 hours after booking is made
- From 21 to 28 days guest forfeits 25% of the deposit.
- From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%.
- From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit.
- Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit
- Should any booking be cancelled due to Government Covid 19 Regulations, your full deposit will be either remunerated or postponed for a later available date.
